      The biggest fraud is this branch location. I closed 5 account in July one is still open. The manager George purposely didn't close my account just to make me go to collections after I paid the debt. When I told him I will be going to another bank. He said I couldn't open another account if I owe them. I paid the bogus debt of 250.00. The debt is still showing up going into collections today.They wouldn't close the account claiming now I owe 37.00 for a saving account that was closed in 2018. The manager just added that to collections as well. Thank you George you are really trying hard to get me in the bank system so I can't open another account anymore.

      I am a loyal US Bank customer and just moved to the area. Went to this bank for the first time and experienced ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. Do not go to this branch. They are not willing to help you withdrawal money out of your bank account at all.

      Worst experience ever,someome at the desk used a teller to talk to me,she sent the teller to ask me what I need and. She went back and forth, seems like she want to talk to me. Someone else come to the bank and they both attended the other costumers. I will close my accounts.

      'Best' US bank branch in the area. Notary lady here is very uncomfortable with notarizing a copy of passport. May be she don't want to help :) or should I be dressed in suits?

      All waisting time!, a banker refered me to his manager . After 5 minutes waiting , she came to me & request to come back after an hour due to some internet problem, but i went to nobhil branch & they fixed my problem immediately!

      do not open account with this bank. US Bank is worlds slowest bank. They don’t know how to operate. There is no zero star rating otherwise I would have gave zero* to this bank and branch

      In all honestly it is a very mistake to come bank with this branch. The other branch is phenomenal and outstanding. M-F terrible staff. DmV is better serving.
