I have never had a problem with this bank until today. I was just trying to figure out how I went from untlder $200 to almost $300 back to under $150. The woman got super rude, and then proceeded to hang up on me after I apologized for asking so many questions and for being difficult, then I said "Thank you", and she hung up. I understand you can only see so much, and what the computer says isn't what I'm saying, but the least you could have done was go find the woman I talked to about this yesterday and got the information from her instead of practically calling me stupid. It's MY money, MY account, so, of course, if something goes unplanned I'm going to call and question about it.
