      Online banking never works & have to have it reset every other day. When I signed up for my account, I agreed to my checking account denying any transactions if the money wasn't in my checking account. I even told the girl about my experience with my last bank failing to follow thru on the same agreement,denying if insufficient funds in checking. Beings online banking never worked, I was unaware U P Connection was taking from my savings account and charging me $2 every time it did. I signed an agreement and they failed to do what the agreement was.

      I banked here for 4 years. As it went the policies seem to be worse and worse, constantly limiting member access to their own money. Their spending limits are absurd and I continually told them I wanted the settings on my account to block any overdrafts. (This was rare mind you) 2xs in 4 years was it an issue both times that could see where this was requested but wouldnt refund the money. Well I appreciated the small town feel it wasn't worth it.
