  The Tyroch Team was great to work with and made my lending experience a breeze. They were knowledgable, patient and took the necessary time to explain exactly what was needed for underwriting and helped me understand how to present my complicated income information to the underwriters. I felt well guided, taken care of and never felt like my file was a burden to the team. Other lenders may have gotten frustrated or given up on a self employed borrower like myself but Danny and his team were creative and went the extra mile to make sure I had a successful and smooth lending experience.   We recently used the Tyroch Team and couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service and the overall experience. Kayla was so attentive to our questions and was always available to answer calls, texts and/or emails day or nights, on the weekends and even on her vacation. I have bought and sold several homes and there is always some type of issue along the way, Kayla was prompt to address any potential issue before they arose and because of her proactive approach, we had a VERY smooth transaction!   If you are a first time homebuyer, or you just want to work with a lender who knows what they’re talking about, the Tyroch Team at Movement is your best bet. My entire mortgage process was painless and completed ahead of schedule. Everything was transparent and clearly explained every step of the way and to top it all off, they have extremely competitive rates.   Danny and the team at movement are the most professional and personable people I have ever done business with. I worked with a different lender that didn’t understand my job and what I do. Danny took all my information, crunched the numbers and with his vast knowledge of men in my line of work got me the loan.
