  Let me preface this review by saying Tyler was a referral from a friend's mom. I typically pass-over reviews like the one I'm about to write because such a positive tone sounds fake and unrealistic. However, I cannot emphasize how helpful, patient, and knowledgeable Tyler and his team are. I'm a first-time homebuyer, and had many questions throughout the process. Tyler took the time to explain each step to me, and answer my calls, texts, and emails at various times of the day (and sometimes night). I can't recall an instance where it took Tyler more than an hour to respond to my inquiries (typically within minutes!). On the administrative side, I worked predominately with Brooke. There was certainly no drop-off in patience or knowledge. Brooke walked me through the remaining steps and documents -- ensuring I knew what was being asked of me in each step. Like Tyler, Brooke responded within minutes of any questions or concerns I had. Something that particularly stood out to me was the demeanor that Tyler and Brooke maintained throughout the process. No matter the email, phone call, or text, their tone was positive and reassuring -- always ending their emails letting me know they're happy to answer any additional questions. I'll end on a note of gratitude to Tyler, Brooke, and the rest of the team. I am certain this process would have been much different without them. This team has my highest recommendation, and I will certainly continue to use them in my future purchases.

  Tyler & his team were friendly, competent, and effective. I was in a pinch and I really appreciated Tyler's expertise in helping me get this deal done. Everyone on his team was easy to work with and the transaction was done very well. I will definitely use them again if and when the time comes.

  We were first time home buyers and Tyler and the CMG Team took their time to educate us on what to expect in the whole loan process and what to expect after choosing our lender (whether we went with them or another options). They took a dedicated approach in the pre-sales process and that led to our decision to go with them. It was certainly the right decision as they were with us every step of the way continuing in the support and education. They are a true partner in the process. We are hoping we are lucky enough to buy another home in the coming years and we will absolutely be using Tyler and the CMG Financial Team again!

  Firstly I’d like to start of by saying, this wasn’t my first rodeo. I’ve bought and refinanced a few times. This was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had! I’d send an email and hear back from at least one person almost within the the hour. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I really honestly felt like I was their main priority the whole time but I know in my heart that’s how they make everyone feel. I completely refuse to ever use another group in the future. Their team is the epitome of what customer service should be. I’m so grateful for them and I would recommend them over and over again!

  I've worked with Tyler for the past 5 years and he is nothing short of a consummate professional. He is always quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable about different types of loans and the process overall. Not only that, but Tyler's rates were pretty low and he always provides advice in whether to buy down the rate. With professionals, you usually only get 1 (maybe 2) of the 3 - speed, quality, and affordable. With Tyler, you get all 3.
