  Great experience with this company. We alway book with the "pink" rental agency on Tybee. They have a ton of properties and love how you can filter through the available rentals online. We will always book here in the future.

  We rented a property a couples months in advance. We received confirmation code and check in information. Then today, two days before we are supposed to be there, we are told we can’t come. They told my mother in law the property is no longer available. They told me the owner decided to change this property to long term renting only. Bare in mind we have already paid in full. I had a surgery moved because of this vacation. Will never use this company ever again. My family has been to tybee for many years and I will gladly tell anyone who mentions going there not to use this company. I know that selling a property is not an overnight event so someone knew this was happening and could’ve done something about it. Now I am stuck two day’s before I’m supposed to arrive at this property. Glad we all took off work and scheduled things around this. Actions would’ve done better than apologies Oh also excuse me I forgot to mention the part we’re you just admitted you lie. You told my mother in law this property wasn’t available now and you told me it was only available for long term rent. Yet it turns out the property had been sold. I’m sure lying to you’re customers is a great look ! No one I know will ever use tvr! Beware of these people!!

  The house is in a nice area , 5 min close to the tybee beach and the house was clean and nice. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on it even kids did not like it. Ice dispenser and cold water from the fridge did not work. The house has two garage door which was very nice as we did not have a problem with parking our cars. The house has elevator which was good and we like it.

  Would recommend Tybee Vacation Rentals to anyone. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Loved the condo and look forward renting with them in the future. Update... Stayed with them again. Again, very enjoyable!! Love the house !! Clean and more than enough room for us. Reasonably priced. I'm sure we will be seeing you again.😍

  We came here on a bachelorette trip and the experience exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Lighthouse View and it was INCREDIBLE. Tybee Vacation Rentals was so easy to work with and made the process of planning this weekend super smooth. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks for such a memorable weekend.

  Our vacation booked through Tybee Vacation Rentals was awesome. Tybee was everything it was advertised to be. The condo was clean and recently redone. Neighbors were quiet and considerate. Very clean areas and all the amenities. The advertisement for the condo mentioned a gas grill that was not there, however. Took several calls and Facebook messages to get one delivered, though it was the 4th of July weekend. You could tell that the weekend was short staffed and they were trying to make it right after initially getting the listing slightly wrong. Otherwise a great trip, friendly service, and a guarantee I will be back!

  I rented a place off 424 Whitaker Street in Savannah which was a beautiful property for my 4 kids and husband for a celebration to the end of home school from covid19 and my sons Graduation! Unfortunately we did not have any AC the entire time. We tried working with the rental company and were extremely patient. We were given two box fans for an entire kitchen, living room, dining room a master bedroom and a guest room and needless to say it didn’t do the job in May in Savannah. In the end we were only refunded $334 when the trip for two nights cost us $1115. I requested at least one full nights refund (fees included) for the inconvenience of being in 84 degrees and higher indoor the entire time. But I was strongly told no that they will do nothing more. It was very sad to be so kind about it with them and for them to just say they have done enough and they will give us a good rate another time. Just disappointed as it was the air conditioning that did not work, not a broken coffee pot or TV. Feel taken.

Secondly, we're so sorry that you experienced this issue with the AC being out in the lower part of the home. The comfort and satisfaction of our guests is a top priority so we processed a refund, equivalent to the cost of a one-night stay, to account for the inconvenience you experienced. We did not issue a credit towards necessary rental fees, such as the pet fee, and fees charged by VRBO. Once again, we're so sorry for the inconvenience.   DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. Literally by far the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to book a vacation. Found a place I liked for a good price - despite the reviews of blood being found on the sheets I decided to go here to save money. Got through to the end where I entered my card information. The screen loaded for a few minutes and came back with an error saying it couldn’t be processed and to try again in a few minutes. I waited about half an hour and tried again To the same thing. They had a link to call customer service. Tried that and they were NO help. Just charging my card again. So after that I tried to get into contact with the actual location and NEVER heard back. The worst part was that my card got charged SEVEN times. Not to mention getting charged with 75$ charge seven times as well. My point is. DO NOT RENT HERE. Don’t waste your time or money - just go through Air B&B
