I made an appointment for 1p and afterwards waiting a while a teller informed me that I’d have to come back at a later date because the only banker was out for lunch, although I had an appointment that was confirmed several days prior. This was a huge inconvenience. Ashley was super friendly.

Helpful and friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Clean and open space. The line gets long from time to time but overall still quick service. Free lollipops is always a plus. This location is dog friendly (service AND non) and they have dog biscuits for them too.
