  Have been banking with them for years and allways happy. From car, student and home loans they are great to work with. Allways great with my checking savings accounts and super fast to address and issues. They got things fixed quickly when I had an issue with account fraud. In over 15 years I can not recall a negative experience. Thanks!

  There was no line when I got there today to get a new debit card. I also turned in some rolled coins which I've never done before. The teller said that the coins just need to be rolled in order to turn them in, which mine already were. I feel like I was in and out very quickly.

  Most of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They provide free notarization service to members, which is a big perk for me, and if you are a steady customer, they will likely remember you by name. I always prefer to go to this main Yelm branch instead of the satellite branch at Safeway because it is a lot less busy and the staff are more calm.

  I don't know. Things are changing or something. I got stranded because of a strange glitch, is what they called it, and couldn't use my card for gas while I was over 50 miles away from home. Couldn't get resolved same day since they are 1 of a very few that don't offer a 24 hour help line. Also am getting calls from them about a loan I do not have. When I tell them who I am, they are very apologetic and polite, but they seem to have gotten highly unorganized anymore. Planning on leaving in the very near future. Not sure what is going on. They were great once.

  We went into TwinStarCU to get an auto loan. It was a very easy process with the professional and very knowledgeable staff. We ended up refinancing our other car, moving all of our banking, and consolidated all of our debt with them. They have great rates and made our experience very personable and gave us all the information we could ask for and gave us more options then we thought were possible. We were taken care of in an extremely timely fashion and had no issues with communication. We worked with Beth Basch and will recommend her to anyone we know with any kind of banking and financial needs.

  Fanstastic credit union, after my divorce with their advise they helped me raise my credit score from 530 to 838 in a few years time.
