  I've been banking with twinstar for a very long time. And for the most part I've been incredibly happy with them as a bank. Until today. I ordered something on door dash today not realizing that I didn't have enough money in my account to cover it. I called the door dash driver and asked her to refund my order. She was awesome and took care of it right away. Twinstar on the other hand, disappointed me. It's instantaneous when you take my money from me but to get it back takes 3-5 business days? I've banked with twinstar for a long time and this is the first time I've been dissatisfied with them. But the dissatisfaction is great on this occasion.

  You destroyed your web site. No more easy to pay. No more confidence in automatic payments. You cannot even show truthful information about how much is due and when. You no longer show on loan payment screen how much the next payment is. ALL of my complaints start with 'TWINSTAR CREDIT UNION NO LONGER OFFERS _____ HELPFUL FEATURE ON THEIR WEB SITE.' More fees. More trouble. More big business harming their customers.

  Very friendly and quick, never asked me to upgrade anything or apply for anything, just took my business as stated and was done, I am very happy with Twinstar.

  TwinStar credit Union updated their web page. I was quite frustrated for a bit. Found the bill payer functionality behind a link on the bill payer page. I'm not positive they still offer all the useful capabilities they did before, but I cannot think of a single missing feature right now.

  I have no complaint's with this credit union. They treat me very well ever time I go in. They have gone the extra mile for me. Thanks guys, Kendra

  I have been a member for about 2 years and I've had MULTIPLE issues with communication about overdraft fees. I guarantee I will be canceling my account with them and giving my buisness to a more deserving company.

  Great Credit Union. Been a member for decades. Great rates and have always recieved great service. Highly recommend.

  LOVE LOVE TwinStar! Recommend this credit union to everyone I know! If you still have your money in a bank and are paying lots of fees, go open an account here!

  Been 3 weeks and I still cant deposit my check into the atm. Keeps saying it won't take them or the deposit isn't working. Fix this!

  Opened an account fast and easy,very friendly and helpful staff.I recommend twin star to anyone looking for a place to open a debit,credit or savings account.👍
