  The best thing about Twin Cal lending is that they never issue a “maybe”. I’ve been working with Oleg and Arsen for almost 10 years. In that time, we’ve developed a relationship that feels more like going to a family member than that of a bank. They are succinct, professional and they always follow through. NEVER have I ever heard a representative from their firm equivocate in any way. If they say that they will fund a transaction then you’d better believe that funding is imminent. What else can you ask for? In addition, Victoria (AKA the backbone) is always there to answer questions and address any issues. They are truly a solid team, standing head and shoulders above the fray.
