  Don't get a credit card thru them.. You cannot pay the bill at any TVFCU branch. They tell you they can't accept payments because their credit card is thru a 3rd party. That should be illegal and classified as fraud.

  I contacted Gene Owenby for two loans and in no time, I was on my way. Fantastic professional service. It is difficult to find professional assistance these days, but I did find it with Gene. Gene went above and beyond. If you need help with a business loan, I highly recommend Gene Owenby.

  I DO NOT recommend this bank! Even if you DO NOT have overdraft, they will attempt to overdraft your account anyways. And even thought they DONT pay that bill and DONT overdraft your account, they will STILL charge you a $34.00 overdraft fee! Worst of all if you ask to speak to someone higher up Shaylynn from the call center and everyone else will inform you that their high up people arent going to return your phone calls anyways.

  This place is horrible. Today's staff were not only incompetent..but also rude. Went to make S/O's truck payment. Had enough in the account to make at LEAST 6 payments. Was only trying to make 1. They tried to tell me debit card was declined. I got in the car..drove around the place to THEIR own atm...got the cash out...Went back in stood in line AGAIN...made the cash payment and the excuse was "different machine" I would never trust them w/an account. Will be moving S/O's truck payment to a bank with at (very) least more intelligent employees.

  Went today to make my car payment and the money was taken from my account. They told me that it wasn't taken so I went to my bank and got a print out of my statement and took it back up to them to show they had taken it out and they still said it wasn't taken out. They gave me another amount that they tried to take out that wasn't even my car payment amount. Then they told me there was nothing they could do and the would give me a call Monday when the amount was supposed to clear out of my checking account. I'm so furious and as soon as I am able I will get my vehicle out from them and put it with another bank

  It took appt. 1 1/2 hrs to deposit a ckeck. They split it into 2 deposits and were so confusing without giving a receipt. I came home and cked the deposit to make sure it was done correctly. We got a call from a gentleman in charge who said he had fixed. Granted it was a large check but really???

  Mike Riley was very friendly and helpful when processing my auto loan. He took time to explain everything throughly and answered all my questions. Will definitely work with him in the future.

  Treated people like Family. Which is more than you can say about most financial institutions. If you want to be treated like a friend than you have to be friendly. Great Job, to you all at Tennessee Valley Credit Unions in Cleveland, Tn on Mcgrady Dr.

  I need to speak to a representative not the dang computer! I have a very specific questions and it wasn't being handled properly!
