  Don't even bother with this bank anymore. There all crooks and will take your money. A normal bank won't screw you over as bad as they do here. This is the only bank I know of that will charge you overdraft fees even though you have them all turned off and nothing comes out of your account but guess who still takes all your money tvfcu. Hope they choke on it. Will of course be writing to the few agencies that can deal with them

  * Update * Have not received my debit card but I have received a welcome letter dated 12/17/2021. Was given an excuse that USPS is to blame although I received my welcome letter within 1 week. Pathetic service, closing my account. First day as a member and already not happy. The online service didn't setup the account completely and didn't tell me there were 2 accounts being setup. Over the phone I was told to video chat or go in a branch to get a pin to setup my online account. Video chat said only the branches can do that. Went to a branch and had the pin "setup" only to find out it was not done correctly. Now having to wait a week to get one in the mail. Good customer service is not to be found on my first day. Already thinking about closing the account.

  Tvfcu has absolutely dropped the ball. Today vs two years ago. Night & day. They removed the human perspective. Not a business I can trust or respect anymore. With the human perspective gone. We have lost yet another once great company to a computer's perspective.

  Cathy is amazing! I had tried to fix a problem with two other branches for 3 days straight!! So glad I got Cathy on the phone. I was going to switch banks until I spoke to Cathy. She saved me. She didn't lie. She didn't hang up. She actually treated me like a human being and fixed my problem. AMAZING PERSON! Happy customer again! I will only deal with Ringgold moving forward though.

  I used to love TVFCU but it’s become very aggravating. Waited in the branch for a card for an hour today to be told “sorry the machine is no longer working.” While I know things happen, this has been an ongoing issue with a new account where it will not allow cash back or use at an ATM for invalid pin. We’ve been to the branch in FT O and in Ringgold and neither have been any help at all. We’ve had other issues as well this is just the tip of the iceberg.

  Can you guys make your app to where it actually works? Everytime something important happens like, I dunno. PAY DAY. The app suddenly will not let me log in and let me do what I need to do, it's always down for "maintenance" but then hours later it works just fine? And then it's down again for days. Fix the issue please. I'd love to be able to log into my bank stuff to actually see how much money I have instead of guessing all the time

  The reason I give two is because I’m new there and I deposited a few thousand from a cashiers checks from another local credit union. Then paid bills and all bounced and cost me Think I’m checking that to s 1 Star because all they needed to have done when checks went in was say Right ThERE On THE SCREEN I couldn’t get it for x amount of days. Not sure I’m staying because of something so simple

  The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because when this kid cash apps me and I instantly deposit it, y’all hold my money from me and I can’t even get it taken out of my bank, this is a problem that has happened multiple times. Also y’all need to fix it where it says pending y’all do this an it always ends up putting me negative because I never know really how much is my bank. If y’all fix these problems I would gladly put 5 starts but until then I’m not.

  Applied online for a refinance application. Called and left multiple voicemails to get back to me to lock the rate. Got a call back a day later was told that rate has changed and can only be locked at todays rate. So because no one was able to call back I’m being penalized. Hope people see this and realize this is one place that does not understand what urgency is and why you don’t want to do your refinance or mortgage with them.
