  I absolutely LOVE my hometown bank. But who I LOVE even more is Lisa Wiley. She is always smiling and makes me feel like family each time I’m there. She takes care of all my banking needs and I would refer anyone to her and First Volunteer Bank of Ringgold. Lisa is such a great asset to the company and I’m blessed to know her❤️ Patti Smith

  Just a few days ago I went in to my local branch to take care of some simple banking needs. I was helped by Rae. From the moment I entered the bank her warm demeanor and professional approach was a Pleasant surprise. Good customer service is a thing of the past till you meet someone like Rae. Great job 1st Volunteer!!!! You have a real gem in Rae Enos!!!!

  We have been banking with First Volunteer Ringgold Branch for over 20 years (previously Gateway Bank) and love the customer service we receive. Lisa Wiley has always gone out of her way to help/assist us with all of our needs. Rene Tinker is always smiling and willing to answer questions.

  I love First Volunteer Bank in Ringgold. They handle our daily banking needs without any problems. But it's the staff in the Ringgold branch that really stand out. The whole team is friendly. Lisa, Rae and Megan are top notch! I highly recommend First Volunteer to any small business.
