  I had a few issues on my account and when I came in to the lobby Robert Green handled my account politely and professionally with the best customer service. A huge thank you to Robert! Ricky De La Riva was also the upmost professional Branch Manager. I thank you again! It is so refreshing to still have awesome customer service. I will continue to refer people here.

  As much as I would LOVE to keep Tucsons best kept secret all to my self, that would be doing injustice for these wonderful employees. Ken and Jamie both went above and beyond with helping secure and finalize our loan. I could not have asked for a better experience with a credit union. I have dealt with many loan officers and financial institutes spanning across the state of Arizona, this was by far the best experience I've had. These two surpassed top tier customer service and professionalism making sure any of my questions were answered and all of my needs were met. I'm not sure how I was blessed to have such a wonderful experience, but I couldn't imagine this level of service is only instilled in these two and not every member of the TOPCU team. If my review didn't make it clear enough, I would HIGHLY recommend doing business here! Thank you Ken and Jamie!   I always receive such great, friendly service at TOPCU. My husband and I have been members for 51 years and we have been so happy there. It reminds us of a small town bank where everyone knows you and gives you personal service. Today I went in to get help logging into my on-line account and Darian helped me. He was amazing. He not only cleared up the problem immediately but taught me several things I didn't know about accessing my account both on my computer and on my iPhone. He was professional and friendly and I feel like I could call on him anytime with questions. Thanks for hiring great people like him! Peg Jorgensen

  Do not bank with this credit union. This location is understaffed and employees are overwhelmed. Their is no benefits banking with TOPCU. They only have two locations in Tucson and customer service is not priority. I don’t expect much from TOPCU and it’s sad that “I” have to leave a review due to this credit union not helping me. This could have been solved with basic customer service…. Account closed

  I have been banking at TOPCU for about 9 yrs. The tellers are always aware of my banking habits. They consistently let me know when 2.00 bills are available. Even when ot is isn't holiday time. I may not be a millionaire but they treat me like one.

  DO NOT BANK HERE! I am new to town and was looking to change credit unions, I left this credit union because the wait time was too long to open a new account, noone checked on me, and when i tried to approach the branch manager, he was on his cell phone the entire time. Very unprofessional. Not impressed. I was hoping the experience would be better considering this credit union is known for catering to first responders.

  Whatever you do, DO NOT USE TUCSON OLD PUEBLO. What a terrible credit union. Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone and when you finally get someone they never follow through. I have tried 9 times to get the savings account closed and the money that is mine mailed to me. The refuse to give back the money that is mine!! Absolutely the worst. This credit union should be shut down for fraudulent practices. DO NOT USE TUCSON OLD PUEBLO!!!

  AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION at all costs. We, most unfortunately, did business with a Tucson business that partnered with Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union. The experience has been painful and dismal. Personal info requested over email and no security, a payment plan that told us the first three months of payments were covered but the company we are working with and a surprise that TOPCU couldn't "figure out" how to make that work so we would be making the payments... went to make the first payment, it was already made- they had figured it out, the second payment we received a collections notice... no payment due email, no payment stub by mail. I rarely leave bad reviews but I have reached out directly and received zero support. Avoid TOPCU at all cost. Vantage West is great.

  Bad customer service. No one knows what they are doing. At this point I'd rather bank at a bank instead of this credit union. 1 star is being nice. It's no wonder they have more bad reviews than good. Run away fast from this credit union. It's not worth your time. They don't approve people with great credit for loans.

  I WILL NEVER BANK THERE AGAIN!! Make sure you watch them count out your $$ before you leave. I left this credit union because they stole money from me. When I reported it to the management they were rude claiming it wasn't their employee. I warned them it's going to happen again with that employee. I then pulled my money out immediately. Low and behold a couple months after the incident they found out the employee had done it again to someone else. They credited me back my $$ and tried to apologize, too little too late. Save the headache and go somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
