  I was a long time customer. Multiple car loans and business. I didn't have any open loans for over a year. I had the minimum required amount of money for no monthly fees. Just got a letter in the mail my account was closed. They were charging me dormant account fees without my knowledge. Drained my account and closed it. After the review I received a call from Peter. He was great! Got my account reinstated and all my funds have been returned. Great customer service from him.

  Been a member for a few years now. On Monday went in for a personal loan. Jace was very helpful an understood the situation I was in. Living out of town. I give them 5 stars for the great fast service. People make sure to make a appointment to get in the right direction of service. ThanksTFCU .

  Had a few rocky patches in the past with banks but TFCU has helped me with my car loan and navigating taking out an auto loan for the first time. They may not always be able to get back to you the quickest but I always know when I go down to the bank they will be able to answer my questions.

  Got lured in by their 1.69% auto loan (which in itself is awesome). Their website is terrible so I'm not sure if my messages were getting through. I've called and talked to a live person 3x now who verified something has been done that I asked for; but 7 months has gone by with the same thing showing up on my statement. After 7 times of asking for the same simple thing, I decided to leave this review. If they can't handle the most minor of requests, I don't have confidence leaving any of my money here. I'm glad I opened an account with the bare minimum required for the auto loan.

  If I could give zero I would!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I had no choice but to do my car loan through this incompetent and lazy company and I wouldn’t wish the annoyance it has been on anyone!!

  I have used another TFCU in the past and have had no trouble but when I visted this branch the experience was totally different, very dismissive was the vibe I got when asking about a loan. Will not be returning here again.

  Fair warning everyone I give a bad review to this place regarding the facts that if you try to open an account and if your married and have changed your name there excuse is your not real you are not the person that they are looking for do not open an account if your married or changed your name they will think your fake and they will not open an account they won’t help you so for anyone who had tried to open an account do not come to this place period or else they will turn you away make sure you spread the word for everyone else to know so that way they don’t come to this place and waste time contact the bbb file a complaint against there company to have them shut down they are racist and rude.

  Worst customer service. No one can tell me why my card has an issue making a purchase and no one seems willing or capable to resolve their own systems issue. The best way to deal with TCFU Is to open an account at Vantage west. Beyond disappointing service.

  Worse company to get any type of loan through especially if you have plans to move out of state at a later date. No one can never have the correct information over the phone and everyone constantly gives you the run around. They no longer have an option for share branching which is a hassle to pay your bill cause their mobile app and website sucks and things never can get done through there and the charge you $20 to pay anything over the phone. Will never in my life go through them for any type of loan or banking account completely horrible experience every month with just trying to pay my bill. Can not wait to have this all paid off in a few months so I never have to deal with this company again that doesn’t care in the slightest about being an inconvenience for their customers. If I could give not starts I would completely incompetent
