      I tried calling their toll free number, and they never answered my call, they must be talking to friends or family, or just doing something other then their job! 🤔 Today is 11-30-2021, I've been locked out, of being able to use my debit card, went to the bank, I was told, that I have to call the toll free number, took an hour and a half, before a lady answered, pretending to not hear, and hung up, now I'm having to wait another hour and a half, this is redecules! While I was at the bank, they them on the, could of talked to them, then?🤔 the time is now 8:44p.m. still waiting?🤔

      Great customer service. Keeping as a business account but not primary due to issues at other locations.

      Service is at all time low as the "lobby" closes on random days for no reason. If you want to get limited and sloooow service you can use the drive through but what if you need to get in in your safety deposit box? You can't. I called the branch several times during business hours with no one answering. I've lost confidence with this bank.

      So... this branch changed its hours again. No problem. However, they seem incapable of updating their correct hours on their phone message. Also, if you press #6 for the branch manager, you get an error message. Besides that, all is great!

      Wonderful and caring people work here. I've personally seen their warm hearts pour out to one another. They also go above and beyond taking your personal information confidentiality very serious. Highly recommend this place.

      Drove up to the window and waited five minutes for a teller to come. Then she didn't stay while i sent over my check to cash. Went to help someone else and had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my cash.

      I find most of the employees rude and not willing to help. I will be closing my account ASAP..I am very unhappy with my dealings with this company.This is only an opinion.
