  Tucson Federal Credit Union has a great staff, from the moment you walk in they were kind and courteous, answering all or any questions I may have had. An outstanding Branch, the little amount of time it took to open a new account says a lot. Can't wait for future business with my new bank.

  Was referred here for an auto loan. This balding fat white woman was extraordinarily rude. It wasn't what I wanted to be doing on my birthday, Driving across town to have this teller say that my car salesman was wrong and they don't do lending. She is loud, like, practically screaming saying I'm wrong. We call our salesman who says how many times he's referred people here. I get pushed over to this Mexican woman who's just as rude refusing to do any paperwork or look into it at all. It must be nice for them to hire rude abrasive people of every race here!

  Disappointing with the advertising for auto rates of "1.5%" This is an almost absolute lie this is if you have a credit score for 750 or above. Otherwise expect 5%+ I got offered almost 7% to refinance a loan. I Get offered with no credit check 5.5% at other institutions. This is what I get for trying to go local. I would highly suggest to not use them.

  I recently applied for a HELOC at TFCU. The process was simple and I received my approval the same day. I love my credit union! I’ve been a member of Tucson Federal C U for 40 years -during which time I’ve used many of their products and services. Always friendly and professional - I am grateful to be a member of such an outstanding financial institution!

  I have been a member doing personal banking here for years. Recently I started a business and wanted to open a business account and it is so simple and affordable that I decided to keep it all under one roof. TFCU customer service and the member-focused philosophy of a credit union is unbeatable. Thanks to Fidencio for all the pre-appointment preparations and appointment to get it all set up.

  I have a mortgage with the branch I did my mortgage payment before the end of month but they posted my payment after 30 days and I see my credit report is 30 days late payment I spoke with them many time and with Collection department they couldn’t help me to removed 30 day late payment from my credit report I never had late mortgage payment

  I have been with them for over 10 years and I was recently scammed. They will not pay a dime back. Would not recommend. 10 years wasted.

  Tucson Federal Credit Union is the best in Tucson. Customer service is 5 star all the way, they care about the members and do everything they can to help. TFCU has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. I highly recommend checking them out.

  Was quite impressed at the professionalism, yet personal, caring attitude of the Customer Service Agent. Each step was explained 'prior' so I was informed what we were doing and why. I appreciated having Options instead of being 'told' there is only one choice in the perameters of the loan.
