  Kristen at the 21st and 145th branch has completely changed my opinion of TTCU. She is great! Always friendly and caring. She always greets me by my name. She makes me feel like they really do care for their account holders.

  I am a new account, haven't even been opened for a month and I am beyond angry. I need to do a transfer and can't because they are closed. No one at the actual bank and no one to answer the 800 number. Are you kidding me?! There's no one answering the 800?! It asks for a user I.d well I'd love to provide it if I knew what the hell it was. But of course now I have ZERO access to my money and they all get to enjoy their nice weekend. I will be pulling all my funds from this bank. I have never had a more frustrating experience with a bank ever! And their phone service is a joke! Continues to tell me they are closed... Ya I know that already thanks for absolutely nothing TTCU!

  Been with TTCU for about 10 years only one issue but they made it good and resolved it quickly. Very happy with TTCU.

  This branch had most employees not doing much as I stood for 20 minutes without making a deposit and was late to work. I thought I was in Bank of America. I had to request to get my money back from employee.

  Wish I can go lower than 1 start the worst credit union ever they don’t protect they’re customers account for nothing. So be careful cashing your check at any TTCU
