  I’m not to happy with the teller making the rude comment of me making “a dent in the ocean” when I went in to pay my loan. Plus one of the employee in the offices to the left of the counter was talking about how he tried on acid over the weekend so not sure anyone would feel safe with him handling their account. I am also annoyed with the fact that I explained to the collections department that I have been having some financial problems and I got behind on my payments and am trying my best to get caught up but no one in that department is understanding at all. I paid 1/2 of my late payment and was asked if I could pay it in full since it and the teller was rude when I said I couldn’t until I start my second job and then told me “it was noted that I’m getting a second income soon and they understand hardship” After I pay this loan back I will not be using them again

  We love TTCU. The staff at this unit have always been very helpful and very friendly. It truly feels like a local, hometown bank that I can trust. We have two loans with them now and they are great to work with. A++++

  After numerous calls trying to open checking account I was patched through to Amy Rust, she had me set up in 10 minutes , she gets the 5 stars.
