Wayde Jenkins1Again. Now they lost my money, cash at drive through. Last time you lost an employer check on 71st in Tulsa. Then unless you write things down, they can't do as requested. Debit card won't work that's only 3 months old. I'll be in to move my assets to another bank.

Main St Mechanical1Held my customers check for four days then rejected it and can’t give me a reason why. Now I have to wait over a week to get a copy of the check to return to my customer so I can get another check just like it and start over again. I definitely won’t be putting that one in Arvest.

Scott Ster1OMG could they be any slower at this location. I've never and I mean NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS BANK. and it's like the management doesn't even care... Unfortunately I have to come here once a week to cash my payroll check.. Save yourself alot of hassle and find a bank who cares about they're customers.

Dalton Demoss1Place is becoming a joke. The only reason I chose this bank was for their hours they were open. But now they close the lobby at 4 meanwhile the drive thru lane is backed out into the street.

Mike Yocham1Went to drive though waited over 30 minutes an still didn't get taken care of. They have young kids working without training if u go inside people sitting in offices doing nothing they should be helping at the drive though an the counter

Billy Riddle1Absolutely terrible service. Every time I come here the wait is quite literally 30 minutes or more. This particular time which made me want to write a review. I waited 48 minutes for them to help one car. This is absurd. Maybe consider hiring some people that have worked for Chick-Fil-La.

Jessica Montgomery1Worst Arvest location I’ve ever been to by far! They are so slow! The lines get so long you can’t even pull off the road into the lot. If u have no choice but to go to this specific location, make sure u leave a large chunk of time for it. I’ve never been to another location that even comes close to being this horrible. I love Arvest bank! I’ve been banking here for a long time now. They are kind, professional and remember you. They used to have THE BEST HOURS! It seemed like they were always open. However, the one in Sapulpa is the absolute worst! And it is like this every time I trick myself into coming here. I officially could have driven to a Tulsa Arvest, did my banking and made it back by now. While waiting on my turn, I called a corporate # to make a complaint...I sat on hold forever until I had to hang up because it was finally my turn. My experience is always bad there but this was just ridiculous. Advice: don’t torture yourself, go to a different bank or location.

Mandie Hale1This bank is the slowest bank I have ever been too idk if they need more tellers or what but they line is always out to the road and I at least set in line for a hour if I didn’t have to make deposits for my job I definitely wouldn’t be waiting. Definitely need to change your hours back to 7:30am I got out much quicker so I could go about my day.
