  I have a loan through the bank. I don’t bank with them and they charge me 10.00 per month to pay my loan. Pretty much a rip of 120.00 dollars a year I pay just to pay online.

  Signed up for a checking account they claimed to credit $150 if you make 20 transactions (debits) within 60 days. I did this and they refuse to follow through with their promises. Oct 18 through Dec 17th is 2 months but they can't count. Extremely disappointed. Can't wait for my car to be paid off so I won't have to do business with them anymore.

  Called to see if they can assist me in my credit limit on my card response was stone cold. I will now look at options else where and possibly move on. Same for my car loan can't refinance till 2 years go by but i can go to another institute.
