      Just set up account. So glad I did my homework and picked a highly rated CU. Excellent service from friendly knowledgeable staff. The Memorial office was so inviting, I wanted to stay awhile. I love it when I make a good choice concerning my finances.

      They don't work with teens/young adults with no credit history. Tried to get a 5k loan for a car, with a full time job, and they couldn't approve it. Wasn't trying to buy a 30k+ car, very disappointing. Also high interest rates.

      Amazing! I absolutely love this branch. I like the bank in general but this location is just too notch. Great customer service! Always call me by my first name, I feel like they generally are nice people. My main person who is alley is fantastic!! Her bosses should know what an outstanding person she is.

      They can't be trusted. The upper management will never speak to you. I have tried to speak with the vice president but he is a coward and too good to speak to members. I've been moving my banking else where. They have gone down hill. I've seen over the years that they prefer to promote men over women and usually pay men more than women. They used to be a great credit union, but no more.
