  This bank is a good people, good service kind of bank. Very very fruitful to those who are starting independent lives in the local area. Note: There is no non emergency 24 hour assistance. If they don't meet branch hours consider yourself left to hang until the next business day. But note this bank is hometown and does everything as promised. Easy simple and delighted to serve

  For a smaller bank, I have to say I love TrustCo. The tellers and managers are all very outgoing and gracious. Never have to ask anything more than once, and always get help fast. Fees are not too bad as long as you follow some basic common sense and don't overdraft your account or similar. Far better service than most larger chains.

  Customer service has gone down hill since they changed the employees. They only have one or two fantastic people who are awesome at the work they do the others are blah. Note I have been with this bank for going on 8 years now.
