  I have been having with Trustco for a few years now and finally decided to share my experience. Carlos, Carmen and the other staff at this location are incredible. When customer service has disappeared everywhere else they continue to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Trustco and especially Carlos and his crew.

  Carlos & the staff at this branch are very helpful, knowledgeable & professional. We worked on a couple of mortgages with this branch & all went well. I would recommend checking with this bank to assist your banking needs.

  Cannot thank the brach manager/loan officer; Carlos Cedeno, enough. Purchasing this home with Trustco 2 years ago was pretty easy. Trustco is a great lender to work with, and I highly recommend them. Refinancing this home with Trustco, and my guy Carlos, was even easier. Carlos kept all of his promises. He was easy to reach, and on the rare occasions I had to leave a message, Carlos's follow-up was timely. My closing today was incredibly easy, and I happily recommend Carlos and Trustco to anyone looking for a great bank to patronize.

  I submitted a mortgage application on May 28, informing them that I was a bit on a time crunch, and they assured me that would be fine and they could get me an estimate quickly. I then endured 2 full weeks of "I'll call you in an hour" and "I'll be reaching out soon" and "we're working on it" with no phone calls, and me needing to continuously call to find out about my application. I wanted to go with trustco and after the agent telling me that things looked promising with the application, I decided to wait for them, while my other rates were increasing. I wait the full 2 weeks to find out on Monday that I'm not approved (I don't blame trustco for the non approval, but 2 weeks is outrageous), but I couldn't even get a courtesy call that we weren't approved. This was after the agent had told me on the previous Friday that he would be giving me a call at the end of the day with the status of my application (empty promise), and then another empty promise of a phone call for Saturday when I had to call them at the end of the day on Friday. This experience with trustco has been absolutely horrendous, and this was with the branch manager(s), so I can only imagine how the rest of the branch operates.
