      My Credit Card with Regions is set up autopay to pay from external checking with another bank. But Regions keeps turning off autopay, so I incurred late charges and then took a hit (only late mark I have) on my credit report. That dropped my credit scored 80 points because their banking software is Antiquated junk. The new interface may look better, but is still old designed software running in the background. I was told from their customer service this happens when a credit card number changes, like a lost card. Auto-pay is turned off with no email or calls to let me know I need to turn it back on. My other credit cards with auto-pay have no problem keeping auto-pay turned on, even if the card number changes. They are out to scam you into thinking the credit card account is current. I didn't know I was taking late charges. Only way I found out was my other credit cards were notifying my of my credit report that took a late payment and I had to go find this out myself. Do not get a Regions Credit Card, only if you already bank with Regions checking should you try. Now I am in dispute to fix my credit report. And even now I tried to pay the balance of this credit card 5 days ago so I can stop using this credit card, and the payment is showing red and is not going through. So I have to drive to a bank location and make sure the payment is made there.

      Not sure why everone complains about depositing checks, it is indeed free with Mobile and I have never had issues with services or fees. The guidelines are clear and pretty standard for accounts. Fiscal responsibility by people is probably more prominent issue.

      Anytime you call this bank EVERY single teller seems to THRIVE off attempting to tell they can’t help you. Always very negative and I DREAD ever having to call them. I usually use the Lake Underhill Regions bank. I feel like they should get all new tellers who have taken a class in customer service. Everyone here is so RUDE

      Closing my account today....they charge fees to deposit checks via phone, charge fees incorrectly on your accounts if you don’t monitor them and they offered me a $50 card for opening a new account which I never received and when I questioned the above mentioned they say they are going to fix it but they haven’t. I’ve talked to 3 reps via phone and two in the branch and I have gotten different stories from all of them independently. I’m still awaiting an out of state check to clear and it’s been 10 days since deposit. I’ve been waiting for a call back on the $50 card for 5 days and the in branch rep said she would call me with an answer in a couple hours. They hope you go away and don’t follow up on your $$$. I’ve only been a member for 4mos but this bank obviously has issues. I work down the street so I tried them out but it was a mistake.

      The mobile app charges a fee to deposit a check. Most banks allow you the convenience of electronic deposit without fees, it's ridiculous. What's the point of offering the service & charging to use it? The banking hours suck, people work & can't get to the bank to complete their business during those hours & they make it harder not easier for their customers whose money is in their bank. I'm considering changing banks very soon.

      Read the reviews, more than 1 star review does tell you what and how this branch conducts business. I have been to this branch since May only a handfull of times. I always have trouble with one teller who always gives me less money or deposits the wrong amount, always an issue.The reason is I have counted my money several times before handing it to a teller and when she counts it she always gets several different amounts. How does this happen? If I count the cash at home, then again in the car, then again at the teller window, how does she get it wrong. Today I hesitantly walked in, I counted my money at least 10 times and again at the teller window, she counts the money and gets the amount wrong by $200, I told her " No, I just counted the money 3 times here at the window" She then takes the money and drops it everywhere! And counts and comes up $100 short now. I told her to give me my money and she did not want to. I said give me my money now. She gives me my money and when I counted it was short $100. I told her I know how much I had and she cold faced said, " Well I hope you find it" This bank teller is very sketchy and not trust worthy. Stay away from Lora. I now drive out of my way to go to another branch. I will be calling corporate offices about this.

      Worst banking experience. I never received the checking account Bonus that I was supposed to receive. Worst customer service.Followed up may times and the Banker does not even bother to answer emails. Put your money in some other bank but not this one.

      Been using regions for a few years now, really debating getting another. Tried making a deposit at 2 different location atms and both could not accept a deposit. What a joke of a bank.
