      Everytime I come to this bank it’s constantly rude I will not stop at this bank anymore head teller is completely rude and inconsiderate .

      Been a customer for a very long time w/trustco, seems this particular location always has "sucky" cashiers, can't count, or their customer service sucks....very rude person behind counter yesterday(2-23-2018)

      I think it's ridiculous that I have to pay $5 to cash a check, that is drawn on your bank. Just because I don't have an account there. What a to off!

      $5 to do up a bank check is extremely overpriced. Especially when I can withdraw the funds for free and take it to my other bank for $1.
