      Its Good Friday 2018, today I received a letter from New York Tax and Finance that they need additional info on my tax return. I brought my tax return to Liberty Tax Service 900 Central Ave. Albany N. Y. The cost 170.00 for a simple pension and social security income return. Sat for an hour while slow computer finished up, while looking up at bugs trapped in light long dead. Somehow people messed up. New York is a nightmare, but spending 170.00 on supposed professional tax service did not help. Called N.Y. Tax Dept. they think forms sent where unreadable. I don,t know. Will go back to doing taxes by my self.

      They was bad they make they own account without u knowing and charge you for it and they gonna lie and say that that's how it work but it's really not so just know they are bad for your taxes
