  I have banked with Trustco Bank for years and of all the branch locations that I have visited, this one, by far, has exceeded my expectations. The branch manager has reached out to me on numerous occasions to check in and make sure that my banking needs are being met, even without me asking. She was very informative and professional. The entire staff have always been friendly and cordial, with prompt service.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. GEORGE OWUSU THE BRANCH MANAGER AT CENTRAL AVE IS A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON AND A LIER WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. TRUSTCO BANK SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR EMPLOYING SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON.
