  Jesus literally saved me no pun intended. Jesus stepped in laid everything out black & white. Spoke to my agent, the listing agent and the short sale negotiator. Convinced the seller and their agent AND convinced the short sale bank as well to give us time to close!   10 STARS! Jesus and his team are the best!! My realtor disappeared in the middle of my transaction! But I knew I could always count on Jesus and his team. They helped me buy a condo even though I had just lost my house to foreclosure. He was always calm always reassuring and I got my condo!! Thank you Mr. Beard!! I will only do business with him!

  Nina and her team are truly awesome! My home buying experience was a long process but Nina never wavered. If I had any questions, she had the answers. She's very responsive, replied to emails and phone calls in a timely manner and her team is a well oiled machine. Every step of my lending process was very well organized. Nina is very knowledgeable and helped me determine what type of loan was best for me. I had the best possible experience with Nina and her team.
