  Make you wait in line to talk to a teller. The tells you sorry we can't deposit a check go wait in line for an atm. You have to then wait in like for a virtual teller. Then wait for the suoervisor to approve the check all while being recorded

  My Credit Union, has the best, most helpful women in the world! I have stopped banking elsewhere, altogether ( I held different accounts through a couple of different institutions) I withdrew everything from all my other accounts. Trust Federal Credit Union on Gunbarrel is amazing! Lisa Baker Helmes, Becky & Lori make every encounter comfortable, they are welcoming, compassionate, kind and down home. Reminds me of how banking "used to, & still should be. They are amazing toward my dog (service animal) Bella as well, everyone greets her, loves on her & shares cookie's. Lisa even volunteers to keep her inside of her office when I am engaged in something lengthier than usual. I highly recommend the Gunbarrel branch of TFCU. You will love the way your treated.

  I’ve been with TRUST for awhile now and currently have a loan through them and like many people during the COVID pandemic, was struggling to catch up, but a member service worker named Laura worked with me to help get caught up and make sure I was in good standing. She promptly replied to messages and offered excellent customer service! I’ve also worked on and off with different staff and everyone I’ve ever encountered has always been so polite and patient. I do feel like the staff cares and genuinely tries to offer solutions. Overall I’d recommend this bank due to their family friendly atmosphere, Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

  Not a fan of this bank, wouldn’t accept a paper ID issued by the government while waiting on a new drivers license to come in the mail. They are behind on the times when it comes to banking. Also, their tellers are incredibly slow.

  Our life long printers credit union joined Trust Federal several years ago. We weren't sure that it could ever be as good as what we were used to. We were pleasantly surprised!! They are WONDERFUL!!! They are always there to help!! Lisa is usually at the window with a smile and Becky is a joy........they ALL are!!

  Needed to deposit cash to my home credit union in WI. Trust is partners with them, and I had a great experience working with the tellers there. I have gone back several times to make deposits, and every time it goes smoothly. I am considering opening up an account with them as well.

  Friendly staff, willing to work with you if you fall on hard times, low approval rating, decent customer service, just wish the parking lot was a little bigger & easier to drive around. My husband & I have financed 2 vehicles thru them now. They were the cheapest approval rate, lowest monthly payment & one of very few willing to finance him with limited credit experience. Been with them for 3 years straight!

  Customer service is terrible!! A teller named Mckayla refused to even talk to me in the drive through except to tell me that she needed my address. She was smug, rude, unprofessional and I hate to say this suspiciously prejudice. I contacted corporate and the BBB. Please train this teller! I've been using this for bank close to 10 years and have never felt so disrespected.

  Customer service is awful. My husband and I have a vehicle loan with them, and when we filed our claim after a wreck, they refused to cash our check from the insurance.. The teller was very rude, disrespectful and even reached over the counter to yank a piece of paper out of my hand. We got an ok, from a collections over the phone to have our check cashed, and then one of the ladies said my husband misheard what was said and again, refused us the money from our insurance. When we were leaving I said they were very rude, and then the teller responded with “you’re one to talk.” I am very capable of admitting when I am in the wrong, but not once did I ever say anything to disrespect any of the workers. I went in with questions to why they wouldn’t cash our check, upset and confused, like anyone else would have been.
