  Excellent Loan Programs! We had the privilege of working with Garrett Jimenez who went above and beyond to give us exactly what we were looking for in an investment loan. We will definitely be using Truss Financial and Garrett again in the near future. My preferred mode of communication is text. Not a problem for Garret. All of our questions were answered. When it came time to close, we were given the option to close the same night they said docs were ready. We did it that night at 6:15 PM at our office location. We highly recommend Truss Financial for customer service, loan products and honesty. Very Happy Customers Here!

  This is our 7th loan with the Truss 'main man' Rick Wade. Rick makes everything so easy. He always has a solution to every wrinkle that always arises in every loan. Thanks to Rick we have become equity investors, a wonderful addition to our law practice.   Jeff and his crew at Truss Financial did an outstanding job with our loan process on our new home. In the current market this part of the transaction can make or break the deal. With Jeff, I always felt a knowledgeable and experienced person guiding us throughout the ordeal. Jeff wrote emails and made after hours phone calls to the listing agent on our behalf.   TFG was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us refinance our home quickly and easily. We worked directly with Abraham Ordaz and Ericka Fernandez. Abraham was extremely communicative, kept me up to date on every step, action, appraisel etc that was needed to get our refinance completed. Our refinance was also less "standard" than most since our property sits on 3 separate lots, which makes it challenging to find an appraiser that has the knowledge of not only the area but the unique set up of our property. Abraham was key in making sure we had a qualified appraiser. In addition, since we are business owners, the documents needed are beyond the more standard items such as paycheck stubs. Again Abraham and Ericka were amazing and helped make the process easy. Final result? Our home was successfully refinanced with a rate 3% lower than our prior rate, lowering our mortgage thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Truss Financial Group for any purchase or refinance needs, and I will be sure to reach out to them again when needed. Thank you.

  Very good service, Tari came out to my house at the weekend to get the docs signed due to my schedule. Garrett was always available to answer questions. Overall a relatively easy and reasonably quick process with no major issues that they couldn't deal/help with.

  Truss financial has been very responsive on all three loans ive done with them. Two refinances and one purchase just closed on . I sold a home in may this year. In santa barbara/ montecito area , And had planned to move to this area for a few obvious beauty resons, but i knew Truss would do the next Loan. Well the owner jeff miller personally made sure i had letter of preaproval as i competed . Exhausting. But the encouragement of a lender who knows im his repeat cluent. Was very important to me to keep going. I worked with Rick on the loan process and exceptional is all i can say. Super on it and responsiveness as if i was only one. He is very busy.. im self employed and i prepared docs needed and came in with high credit scores. . Prepared If your generally a bad person dont come here.. because you will be good soon.. ! Couteous Yes so knowledgeable yes. We closed on time and they all were thrilled too. Erica .. heads out the loan processing . Communicates to the underwriter. .. and back to me like a weaving project. Truly. They have great attitides and its a Service project .. and we all win! Thnk you. Sam

  Did not have a great experience. Was “pre-approved” (gave me a letter but I don’t think they had even pulled my credit then now looking back), made an offer on a home that was accepted, asked them to order appraisal, and then they told me at last minute they no longer doing loans in my state due to an investor getting out of the business. Then tried to sell me on a hard money loan. Felt very bate and switch, like this is what their deal is. Pretend to get them an actual loan and then present with a hard money loan instead. Don’t be left hanging after you’ve made an offer. I ended up with a different company and they saved the deal.

  Michelle, we are so sorry that you feel bait and switched. The truth is, Sprout Mortgage closed this week. Truss used this lender for many years and never saw this coming. With the all recent rate hikes, many lenders in our space have closed their doors. Again, so sorry for the trouble we may have caused.
