  The experience was overwhelmingly pleasant. With help from Shah Nawaz, the entire process went smoothly and very very fast. And most of all the offer were so great that no other lender I'm working on was able to match. The other lender did tell me themselves that the offer was really that advised me to take it right away. Awesome!

  Highly recommended .. I refinanced two properties through them and most likely i am going to go for more as i buy another properties.. communication was excellent with them and very responsive in time .. Cheri whitman was my loan officer and everything went so well . She made us walk through every possible option and to choose from and we closed in reasonable time that too in covid 19 era..will do business again with Ladera lending.

  My wife and I just went through a refinance to get rid of our FHA loan. Chris Coble at Ladera Lending was amazing. He made the whole process run smooth from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and made everything understandable. What stood out to both my wife and I was that Chris was genuine. He was very kind over the phone, and we could tell right away he was a man of integrity. Even though we had some distance between us, we never felt it, Chris was always there. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

  Devang was great and very helpful with our refinance. Things were a little weird with a Covid timeline but they extended our rate lock for free and went the extra mile to make sure we closed as easily as possible. Great rate and experience overall.
