  DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT join Truliant. This is the worst bank for security in the world. We had our credit cards stolen, immediately deactivated them, and immediately went into the branch to get new cards, accounts, etc. 2 weeks later somebody posed as my wife and put our bank account at -14K by going to 7 different branches. This should have never happened in the first place, but should definitely never have happened if they didn't wait until it happened to actually put security measures on our account. I refinanced my car and have very little in the account still. Maybe $10. I will be withdrawing it all and closing the entire account tomorrow.

  A new location without a drive thru that won’t let you inside without an appointment and even then they can’t cash checks. Not even for account holders. We are in a pandemic but some point customers who are masked need to be allowed to cash checks if they have appointments. Explain to me how an appointment for a loan is more important to keeping your members pleased with their bank.

  Easy to deal with if you have good credit. Website could be a bit more streamlined, but no issues.

  home town bank I've been with them for 30 years never had any issue til I tried ti refinance everything wa going along well then they go nosey asking questions I didn't want to answer so I canceled the loan still with the bank.

  Very didficult to reach anyone by phone. Wait time on phone is close to an hour. I usually have to drive to location instead of making a phone call

  I had to give this bank one star but I wanted to give the zero stars! This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life, I would not recommend this bank to anyone. If you go to make a payment they'll come to the door and tell you to drop it off in the drop box and mail you your receipt but when I pay I would like to have my receipt in hand that day. They need to go back through customer service training they are very rude!. They can come to the door to tell you to drop your payment in the drop box but they can't take your payment at the door and they want you to make a appointment so you can go inside but I dont won't to go inside because I dont know who they've been exposed to covid. They need a drive thru!!. To be honest with you I dont even know why there even there working they cant help you at all.

  ATM is always broken, and they won't let you inside the branch (COVID), so there's no way to deposit checks. I can go inside my local BoA, the DMV, my cable company office, even Chipotle.... but not Truliant. Thanks for nothing, guys!

  People stand outside wanting help but can’t receive it without an appointment. You are forced to make deposits in a depository with no receipt. Or you can put all your cash in the ATM with people standing behind you in the strip mall watching what you’re doing. It feels very unsafe

  I have been to this location about 4 times and each time it gets better and better. To day I had a sit down with Tammy, she was wonderful. This is a friendly staff.

  Made an appointment to come inside, they ended up rejecting me at the door. Not sure how im supposed to complete my banking here
