Worst customer care EVER! I was made to put on a mask BUT the boss man walked all over the branch without a mask. Behind the counter, all over the lobby! Hypocrites!! 7 employees in the branch, and they could not do a wire!!!! Said I had to have an appointment. God forbid one of the seven could get off their LAZY LAZY personalities and work. SUNTRUST, NEVER AGAIN. BTW, you can't do a wire from home unless you make an appointment to go to the branch to get a PIN # that allows you to do a wire from home!! WOW
