Having trouble with online banking with no service. Called 800 number said wait time 25 minutes and I was on line for 45 minutes and just hung up. Hope your service gets better. Good customer service is an important service to me.

Waited at window over 10 minutes for service. Three other customers left while I waited just to see how long it would take. Only one person waiting for drive thru. Very bad.

Horrible customer service went to the branch 3 employees sitting laughing and giggling for 10 minutes while am sitting on the waiting area waiting for their help,,once they decided to help me ,,,they made every effort to push me away and claim that my business can’t be done on the branch , I demanded them to call 1-800 suntrust number to prove my point, they force her to finish my business and told her that my business can be done on the branch easily ,,,I been a customer for a long time ,,I closed most if my accounts and moved to Bank of America,, shame on u suntrust hopewell staff ,,you guys are failures and don’t deserve to run a bank neither u earn ur salaries ,,,,
