      The lady in the drive thru never said hi Or hi how are you. Then I got a deposit and never got the immediate 100.Then we figured out she cashed the check into the wrong account. She asked if that was all and said bye and nothing else. Can't name names was never given a name. Take your self to other bank this is a warning. Bad customer service. It doesn't even really deserve a one that's how bad it was.

      Felt like I was at the DMV rather than a Bank. I walked in for a business account today 4/12/2022 @4pm, wasnt even greeted by the staff at all and I was the only customer present. The staff were too busy on Instagram, snap chat and the internet. I mean not even a crack of a smile or anything, these ladies were stone cold. For God sakes the Business account manager didn't even get off her phone to hand me a business card...INSTEAD she pointed to her office and said to grab a card (REALLY?). You guys cant be serious, what kind of bank is this, needless to say I'll be staying with Wells Fargo for my business banking. Thanks for nothing. Truist...yea ok

      Tried twice to do a cash deposit through the drive thru , transaction was canceled for no reason and my money was given back, no explanation.

      Andy was extremely unprofessional. I simply inquired about obtaining a temporary card and she proceeded to tell me I needed to be more responsible. She then became even more belligerent and rude by over talking me and then hung up in my face. Calls are recorded so management should definitely look into this. Poor representation of what should be a processional and helpful environment. Truly disgusting behavior.

      Very unprofessional, unable to keep a schedule, and all around unhelpful. I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Located across the street is a Wells Fargo, I'm sure they are much more capable of helping you.

      Unfortunately They’re always lazy, late. Definitely they will make you wait ( for drive through ), if you go inside bank you can see reality. Even they don’t care about there customer service. It’s better to go Somewhere else. Even working system also slow. ATM never works properly. There is no specific staff member in drive through. My experience. I was in line for drive through. 3-4 people in line 2 cashier behind counter It’s been 10 minutes, so I went inside bank. No customer inside the bank. They said, I have to wait because they have customer in drive through. And I was alone inside the bank

      I have NEVER experience terrible customer service at one place, repeatedly! Majority of the staff is Incompetent and rude! The ONLY reason why I continue to use this location is because it’s convenient. For transactions where it requires me to go into the location I drive all the way to Griffin. That is a huge inconvenience.. but they take care of me all the time! This place needs a staff change! Even when they’re trying to be nice it comes off as rude!

      A bank is a bank. They all seem to have long lines and are terribly understaffed. That being said Ms. Elisha is always pleasant and welcoming. She takes time to build relationships with her customers. Every time I am in there its evident she knows her customers by name and they are happy to work with her, as am I. Not to mention she has never made a mistake with my transactions. And she gives me peppermints instead of suckers because she knows I like them.

      Worst bank ever seen in my life, No management, no customer service, No respect for customer, they dnt care abt customer service, they dnt believe in service. they just wants to achieve personal business targets. Worst bank experience in my life. completely disappoint. even they dnt know how to talk with customer, no enough information. definitely going to cancel my account, just for Normal inquiry you have to wait for 30- 45 minutes, so if you have any questions or problem for tht bank you have to spend minimum 45-60 for your issues.

      I used this bank for years - I closed my accounts due to bad customer service leaving one account and a safety deposit box open . What a mistake I went into the bank on 2/1/2016 to close the safety deposit box it took me 3 hours. When I got there I was told I would have to wait for Victoria West she would be with me in 20 min at lunch. No problem I waited when she got there she took the gentleman that came in after me....Gave me to one of the tellers she had never closed a safety deposit box. She was great trying... Explained she was trying and at the end I had to wait on Victoria West to close the box. Why did it take so long - I felt it was because I closed my other accounts. so three hours later I was able to close a safety deposit box. I am unhappy with my service they day I will not bank with BB&T ever because of the one day very Poor service
