The Stanley Group Atlanta2If you can go to another branch, go to another branch. This one is always short staffed and moves extremely slow. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes in line.

Jennifer Chastain5This crew is the nicest group I have ever seen. I have to come in the store a coupl times a week for change and to bring deposits and everyone here is always so nice. Tangela is one of the associates I know by name and is always so helpful and sweet! Thanks for always smiling! I would also like to note most of the bad reviews are from 2-6 years ago 😕 as of the last year they are amazing

JM & Eric Llorey2I have always experienced extremely long waits for a banker at this location, meanwhile no one is at the teller windows. It’s no wonder since they make it so difficult to simply open a new account. Also, unlike other banks they also do not hand you a debit card immediately. It typically takes a full week to receive even in the Atlanta area. The only positive is that they offer no fee basic accounts. I would not come to SunTrust for business accounts or anything else that requires high touch service.

MrDoritos091Bought a vehicle that had a lien with Suntrust. Met with the owner at the branch and the bill of sale was taken care of and notarized by the banker. However, the banker had no knowledge on how to satisfy the lien and didn’t bother to look into having the title mailed out to the appropriate party, she kept mentioning that we had to speak to corporate/lien release dept., let alone did the banker know how to request a paper title be mailed to the appropriate “Owner” being myself since I paid off the lien and was issued a notarized bill of sale. Requesting a paper title has to be done in the lien release software manually or else the title will be left in electronic status. The seller and I got on the phone with corporate/lien release dept. and they were clueless themselves as to my questions on the process (I am a used auto dealer so Im familiar with lien releases.) I trusted that the title would be mailed once the lien was paid off and also mentioned to the teller to add a note stating that the paper title needed to be mailed out, but it’s been a month and still no title has shown. So now I’m on the previous owners time and have to go to the state tag office with the seller to get my title printed, when the individual who released the lien could’ve requested a printed title and filed the “Change of Address affidavits” so that the paper title would be mailed to my address, lien free to then finalize the transfer of ownership. Hope this helps anyone who is in a similar situation save time and a headache.

T K1Quite literally the worst suntrust bank I have ever been to. The customer service is abysmal. The manager at this location was very nice and attentive, but the staff is incompetent. The teller charged my account without my confirmation, which caused me to sit and wait for a personal banker and was told that they are the only ones who can refund me for the banks' mistakes. The business banker there is THE WORST! She was mean and so rude. She refused to understand why i was upset and also was the one who told me that refunds can only be done by personal bankers. I waited for an extra 30 mins, but eventually left because the bankers were having personal conversations and not seeing the line of people waiting. So I left, and I was livid. I called my usual branch and they refunded it over the phone in literally 2 minutes. Don't waste your time on these people. Go to a different suntrust- any suntrust!

Debra Usman1This branch is a joke! And the manager Flint Huff is a joke! I went in this morning around 9:00 am. I think he was annoyed that he hadn't finished his coffee which he continued to slurp while I was in the office. He asked asinine questions that actually were not pertinent to my issue. He provided misinformation and informed me that my husband needed to come in to the branch to complete the solution. I was annoyed and left upset. Flint Huff also told me as I was leaving that he'd be happy to cut me a cashier's check to close out my account. He was extremely rude. Feeling that white privilege I think with that tiny bit of power he has there at that branch. Flint Huff should not be dealing with customers. He needs to be hidden in the back somewhere. I went to another branch. The banker there was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue in less than 10 minutes and my husband did not have to come in to the branch. If you have a choice, stay away from this branch and Flint Huff!

Chris Hayes1This location has horrible customer service. Jaylesa Bentley was the teller who served me. She refused to cash a business check for me and didn't go out of her way to service me as a customer. I went down the street to a neighboring SunTrust, one phone call was made and the check was cashed immediately.

Jay Bond5I recently financed a home through Suntrust and opened up a personal checking account. I dealt with the bank manager and one of their senior bankers both really nice and helpful, they have a small town feel to the location and operate on a first name basis, would recommend.
