Tried to cash a check. Was told it wasn't released yet. Told me to call them and that she couldn't. It's your account holder. Why can't you call them? It seemed she didn't want to assist me.

I came here to open an SEP-IRA account and the person helping me didn’t know how to do it. I was there 30 minutes and it was just him sitting there calling and asking people what to do and saying he doesn’t know how to do it. Please just tell me to go to another location instead of wasting my time.

Manager and people on the office don’t even trying to help you. This branch manager is lazy and the worst customer service. I’ve been banking with regions for years but I won’t be coming to this branch.

Indian lady was very rude! Tried to get a money order and was told I had to create an acct. I asked was it going to take long and she said only a couple of mins. She kept saying I could go to Publix Though I was a bit impatient, I was willing to set up the acct. she then asked for my social security that I handed to her. She then said again I could go to Publix. At this point I felt like she did not want to provide services to me. Took my id and left.

I used to live near this branch, and the staff and VP were nice, knew me by name, and treated me with respect. Today, I needed to handle some issues with my account and needed to be on this side of town, so I figured I would go here. I approached the red head at the counter and asked to speak with a banker. She was rude and informed me with an attitude that "we're all bankers, so"... okay, I wanted to sit down with a real banker and discuss issues with my account due to fraud, but fine, I'll stand at the counter. After explaining the problem, she couldn't seem to understand what the issue was, so I asked for a manager. Boy was I surprised when she announced herself, very importantly, as a manager. I asked for my cards back, and left. I've never been treated that rudely in my life. I've had a lot of issues with Regions messing things up on my account, but they seemed to have been fixing it, until recently. I've been a customer for 15 years, and cannot believe the way Regions treats its customers. Other reviews on here mention bad service by the manager at this location, so I can't believe Regions would have let her continue this long. I drove up to the Cumberland location, and while the manager there who helped me wasn't fantastic with customer service, she sure wasn't nearly as rude as the Vinings manager! I guess since it was early Saturday morning and I didn't have my makeup done and dressed to the nines, I wasn't worth her time. I've threatened for years to stop using Regions, but couldn't, as it was the only bank also in the small midwest area where my parents live. We couldn't transfer money otherwise, but with online banking, it isn't necessary any more. Once my account gets straightened out, I'm finding a new bank.

The online banking is the Most obsolete online banking system. your account sign in lock you out most of the time and in order to resets you password you must make a phone call wait on hold 15 minutes. Besides you social and tax ID , first and last name, name and city the account was open, the year and month the account was open and all business information you provide the customer service supervisor sent me to go in person to a branch just to re-set my a password. This is unheard of in 2020. Don't do business with this STONE AGE bank if you don't want to waste your valuable time. Horrible customer service!!!

By far, one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had in a very long time when trying to open a new account recently. The female 'Assistant' Branch Manager - Ashley kept customers waiting for over an hour plus while she engaged in personal conversations with other individuals. She never acknowledged or greeted customers as she walked in & out of her office frequently. She never apologized for the hour plus long wait when there were only approx '2' customers waiting to see her about new accounts. I am totally perplexed as to how she became an Assistant Branch Manager ???? They lost a Regions Customer !!

I had an appointment that morning near this branch and live an hour away. I arrived early at 815am and waited for the bank to open. I was approached by armed security and was told the manager does not allow people to be parked here before the bank opens. The manager was sitting in her van. I asked may I go over and talkto her, I was just early and was waiting to do business there He said no, she asked that you leave. I called Regions corporate and filed a complaint. NEVER have I been treated this way! My wife and I have been customers with Regions over 10 years and seriously thinking about switching banks. This manager should be fired. Another unqualified management person in charge. Stay away from this location!!!

Impossible to speak with anyone - wait on hold 30 minutes every single time - their online banking is absolutely worthless and drive to a branch location and it’s by appointment only. Will not do business with this bank again once I can finally talk to a person and remove my funds.
