  Wesley saved me! When you're being charged $80/day for every day late of the closing date, time is of the most urgency! I can't thank him and his team enough for pulling my loan thru with the utmost sense of urgency when my prior loan company dropped the ball the day before closing. They took everything I had & started from scratch, gave me an awesome rate, step by step communication the WHOLE way, and a better loan deal. Great service! I can't even bring myself to even try someone else to do my mortgage... (I have friends in the industry trying to gain my business), but my loyalty stands with Wesley! He gained my trust & loyalty when my trust had been shattered by another company.

  It is my pleasure and honor to write this review about Cross Country Branch Manager, Wesley Murphy. Mr. Murphy was recommended by a friend who had just closed with Cross Country Mortgage/Wesley Murphy. I contacted Mr. Murphy and we were off to the races! No delays...the CCM Team was wonderful, supportive and no question was too small or unimportant. My husband is a veteran and Mr. Murphy suggested we take advantage of that as I am self employed, and he did! Our interest rate at closing was 2.75% with no closing cost, and ALL OF OUR DEBT WAS PAID OFF! Did you hear me? All of our debt...I’m crying as I type this.   Wes sent out weekly updates but was always quick to respond to an inquiry outside of the weekly updates. Being on the listing side of a transaction you really want the lender to be top notch and responsive to you as well as the agent representing the buyer. Wes was responsive and allowed me to keep my seller updated and at ease through out the process.

Any lender can close an easy loan and it takes grit, skill and knowledge to excecute at the level he does all while delivering a high level of care and customer service.
