  I would rate this bank a zero, but figured it wouldn't show up. Yesterday I went in just to put something in my lock box. First tell said to stand to the side. I did, and was standing there for awhile, and asked if someone was coming. The second teller said she would help me. I waited and waited. She had helped someone, but when that person left, I still got no help. A man came in and waited. I should have been next, BUT THE TELLER WHO SAID SHE'D HELP ME HELPED THE NEW CUSTOMER TO ENTER!!! I should have told the second tell with brunettes hair, younger, and had glasses, that I WAS NEXT!!! But instead I just walked out!!!

  I am hating the fact that this bank took over SunTrust. I can't get ahold of anyone. I am trying to find them online in zelle to make a payment transfer and I can't. SunTrust was in there. I submitted a payment 2 weeks ago and it still has not come out of my bank. I'm beyond mad. I didn't ask to deal with this bank when I took out my loan. They were forced on me.

  Every time I come to this bank I have to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. Why is the lobby closed? I know you’re moving across the street, but to close the lobby seven weeks is nuts!! Not happy today!! Kristina Chapman

  What happened to my Bank Truist has caused a complete flop. My bank is open it is closed I don't know go to Sun Trust can't deposit money . My other branch is 12 miles further Such a FLOP... Do not got to this bank anymore.

  Vivian is very thorough. She takes the time to explain to explain options when you’re looking for a business loan, personal loan and or business accounts and personal accounts. Vivian is your personal banker, very knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommended.

  For some reason they fired the former branch manager and the two regular tellers who were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They have been replaced with a set of people who are efficient, unfriendly, and rude. Used to be a nice bank. We are looking for a different bank.
