  Truist shouldn’t even be considered a bank at this point. 3pm on a Tuesday and they’re too “short staffed” to be open inside, so the drive thru is crazy. They also won’t give quarters, because they “don’t have any”????? It’s my money and I should be able to get it in the currency I NEED. Ridiculous, will be moving banks next week.

  The worst bank that I have ever used in the past 50 years seems the staff is not qualified or everyone on payroll is in training one year and nothing but excuses

  Rude customer service in the drive-thru! When our bank SunTrust merges with them, if the customer service is still that rude, we will be moving our accounts.

  Nice login page / website, but that 30 minute que to talk to someone on the phone is rough.

  Sad excuse for a bank. Customer service is beyond terrible it's down right ridiculous. A lot of people stay because they have gotten comfortable with the mess but I say just close down and people will go elsewhere and experience what a bank should be!!!

  They closed out my account because my wife’s account got hacked not mine !so I had to open a new account so I have and open account with money in it they tell me my other account is closed I can’t use it then they let to more charges come through and try to charge me and over draft fee Instead of take the money out of the savings account that is set up for over draft protection because the account is closed! I will be finding another bank this one has when down hill in the last couple of years. It was a great bank for a long time what a shame

  I come every week day to do my deposits. It is rare that I get in and out in 30 minutes. The Problem is this branch is horribly understaffed. I been told they will only work part times tellers and they never have enough. I have spoken to the branch manager (John) and he is not any help. I went into the bank a little after 3 and found a line of customers that numbered 14, all waiting for one teller to help them. I was trying to use their Atm. but it would not read the chip in my card. Went in instead to and found the line of 14 customers. I hope when the merger with the new bank that things get better. If I have to change my banking info with my creditors I will probably change the entire bank. I have spoken to the branch manager and customer service personell on the phone to no avail. I even have had employees tell me that the don't get a lunch break when it gets busy. To bad, they are victims too. I guess B B & T doesn't care about them either. RGM

  If I could give less than 1 star I would this bank is just awful. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to make a deposit but it’s usually longer. They refuse to answer the phone usually. They don’t communicate with you of why it’s taking so long.

  If I could give less than 1 Star I would. I have been banking here for 8 years now and it used to be way better when local people were in charge. Now it is awful! You will seriously wait to deposit money for 30 minutes or more!! Also they aren’t the nicest when you do get to the window. Other BB&T’s aren’t as bad as this one. Do better!
