  Ricky Powell and everyone at angel oak were beyond awesome. My wife and I were having a horrible experience with another lender and Ricky was able to not only help us close on our home but was able to get it done in a very short time frame due to the issues with the previous lender. I recommend this lender to any and everyone. Awesome place to work with

  Rickey, and his people at Angel Oak truly are a pleasure to work with. After having trouble with two other places; someone recommended Rickey Powell to me. I had been let down by other companies that talked a good game yet did not back up their words with their actions, but I gave Rickey a call hoping things would be different. As soon as I spoke with Rickey he hit the ground running, and I experienced the smoothest transaction from that day untill the closing just a short time later. Rickey, and Martha Cunningham where in contact with me through the entire process. I highly recommend Angel Oak ie: Rickey Powell to anyone wanting to finance or re- finance their home.   We were referred to Angel Oaks by a family member. I was skeptical because we dealt with banks that were only out for their best interest. From the first visit Rickey put at us ease. As we waded deeper into the loan process our team at Tifton’s Angel Oak made it bearable. We received emails explaining what info they were needing and why it was needed. If we had questions , Martha or Rickey were always a friendly phone call or a helpful e-mail away. I would highly recommend Angel Oaks to anyone that is looking to buy or refinance a home.

  The Angel Oak Home Loans office in Tifton, GA was amazing. Mr. Rickey and Martha helped to make our first home buying experience one that was enjoyable and straight forward. If we had questions, we knew we could call and they would get us answers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!! We are so thankful for all they did for us.
