  Truist bank is horrible. I clear my negatives in checking every night and I'm still being charged and overdraft fee. It's ridiculous I was never charged one with Suntrust when I cleared it a day before.

  The Truist mergered bank with SunTrust in Thomasville Georgia is grossly understaffed on Friday. And, wait time on hold to headquarters is unbearable.

  Since Suntrust changed to Truist- horrible customer service. I have been trying to speak with customer service for a full week, always on hold wait time over 60 minutes. Need another bank!!!!!!

  The one ATM you can access after the bank closes never works! They're only open until 4PM Monday through Thursday. The only day they are open passed 5PM when most people get off work is Friday and then it is only until 6. So good luck getting your bank business done. To top it all off they are closed on Saturdays, and the only other ATM is inside the bank!! Rather it's a local decision on how this bank runs or a corporate decision they really need to get it together.

  I have been banking here for many years.I have always got great customer service. miss Greek has always been helpful regarding any questions i may have.But since this covid 19.It has been difficult too get service.Other than that i like this bank.Maybe because of peoples attitudes is why they get poor service. JS.

  They’re always closed or there’s a long wait. They open after I start work and close before I get off work and aren’t open on Saturdays. The few times I am able to get to the bank while they’re open, there was always a long line— either super slow tellers or not enough of them, usually both.

  Atm only works intermittently, forcing you to withdraw money elsewhere for a fee. Don't count on being able to make deposits after hours through the atm either. Its turning into a not so convenient bank.

  I'm a Suntrust customer on the Florida Gulf Coast for many years and stay in a nearby hotel on SR19 in Thomasville....It's great to have access to the ATM when I need cash!!

  Cashed a check here and they gave me $200 extra. I went in to return it and they argued with me that they don’t make mistakes... okay...
