Lisa Johnson1Horrible bank!! Can't get into online banking for 3 days. Called several times to be told I needed to talk with the branch. Problem is I was calling the branch, but transferred to the call center because the branch would not pick up. The call center employee could only apologize, who wants an apology when you need other information on your acct.and the people who have it won't give it to you. Beyond this, their banking technology is outdated. I don't need to be handheld to check balances, make transfers, or withdrawals/deposits!! Going back to BOA! I've been mad BOA sold out to these people so I stayed, but now I can't take it anymore!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars

David Oaks5Awesome interactions today. I was greeted warmly by the tellers and was quickly taken to Tina Ramsey and she was wonderful to deal with. Tina served me well. VERY impressed with the staff at the Ameris bank in Thomasville.

Dreamless Nights140 mins from closing they can refuse service to a black male yet give service to two white females that both took 30 mins. I feel racially profiled. be waiting an hour before anyone else in the lobby to speak with someone then a "White" person comes in sits beside me and its "Oh how can I help you today" like she dont even see me.

Benjamin Long3Regardless of what the last reviewer said, this bank isn't closed. They moved to a new location. They also decided (stupidly might I say) to close the lobby on Saturday morning and only open the drive thru. Unfortunately if you are in line before Noon, but don't make it to the tube before 12 they don't want to serve you. So on Saturday, be expecting to wait in the 1/4 mile line to make a deposit / withdrawal for an hour or 2 because they take their dear sweet time. If you arrive between 8-10AM you'll get service before Noon. After 10AM and it is luck of the draw. For someone who travels during the week and is forced to make deposits on Saturday morning, this ruins 1/2 my day on what should take 5 minutes if the lobby was open and the bank was adequately staffed.

Taleya W2Coming from Bank of America to them was the worst. ATMS are slow and hardly every work. Customer reps are nice. But I feel like I am getting the run around.

Joe Keeney1They literally suck at life. There’s always a huge line at all times of the day The ATMs stay broken They’re 10 years behind on their online banking. Its a miserable experience banking with them. It should have stayed Bank of America
