Truist Reviews

Wesley Tomlinson1Slowest bank I have ever been in. I stood in line 45 minutes. Plus they wanted to charge an $8 fee to cash one of their own checks. This bank went downhill after the Sun Trust merger. Hopefully I will never have to enter this bank again.

william gable1I have only minor problems with the Truist or the previous Sun Trust brand (long wait in bank and drive in teller), but more importantly at this bank location I find the 2 female loan officers unprofessional in dress, manner and customer service. For example, casual Fridays have turned into casual every days. They are no longer tellers where casual dress is more expectable. Their response to questions is often vague accompanied by an attitude of ignorance and boredom. Professionalism in dress, manner and customer service is lacking. As a cancer victim my speech is limited. While applying for a Line of credit the loan office, Nancy, was reading the requirements and mispronounced a word at which time she said "I'm having a bad day, i can't even talk." No class. The bank can do better than this.

Ashley Rathel1Absolutely terrible customer service, I wanted to close out my accounts while it was known as Suntrust but figured maybe the new name and new doings they would get better. Absolutely Not. 1hr of waiting on the phone trying to get someone to answer. A week and a half to try and close accounts, this branch is terrible along with the entire bank has just gone downhill.

Reggie B1Slower than the slowest dmv or doctors Office. Most people are asking for simple service ,but they move as if you are asking for mortgage refinancing.

Danielle Marino-Brown5Nancy Fajans offers exceptional customer service, and has since the day we offered our account. She is the jewel at this location! We have only had positive experiences at this location, mostly in part to Nancy!

Dave McDonald1FEES!! They must have a "No Fee" Fee - if there is no reason to hit you with a fee, there is a fee for that. I had over $25k in various accounts, but my business account went below $1,000 overnight - for only a few hours but it was the day the monthly cycle ended so they hit me with the monthly fees for both months! Two months of fees for like 5 hours of being a little below balance - when having over $25k in all accounts. GOOD BYE AND GOOD RIDDENCE !! Moving all accounts to another bank!!

Di Beasley1The worst bank ever. I wait averaging over 15 minutes in the drive thru window every time I have to go there. They either need more help or need better management. This goes way before covid. Horrible bank!!!!

Jason Berk5Have had Suntrust over 10 years, there are never any lines. You get in and get out. All of the ladies are very nice and helpful. I lost my bank card and they helped me to get cash out of my account without giving me a hard time. Would never bank any where else, and I am not sure why other people are giving them bad reviews because it is simply not true. ;)
