  This is actually the best pawnshop in town. Anytime I need more money on any item Jeremy is always a great help for me. Their customer service is the best. Feels like home every time I visit this location ♥️

  I had a good experience, clean displays and awesome jewelry collection for a pawn shop. Bought a ring from there and liked it so much, I went back for more. Not all resizing is free, so a fair warning on that. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend coming here

  BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a gopro from this company through amazon march 12 2015 at 7am, by open of business at 9am my item should of already been off the shelf. After sending a email one hour after i purchased the item I asked if they could expedite the shipping for me, I was willing to pay for this shipping arraignments. After I did not get a reply i called the company 5 hours after. Daniel told me he could not send this item today and he would have to do it tomorrow because system is down and he ask me to call the next day. When i called the next day I was told "someone else purchase the item sorry".... This company not a man of there word, and i would steer away from doing any business with either locations.   This place is a joke!! And now they are trying to lie in the reply to this! Run away people!!! They have a rating of below 3 stars in both stores online. Instead of making untrue statements on your replies to your customers maybe you should focus on improving!!! You never tried to get me to a loan amount and your associate admitted to me all he checked was eBay so don’t sit there and lie and try and make stuff up to make your business look good on google I brought in a $3,000 double certified signed guitar of Paul McCartney with an appraisal and the paperwork for the 2 certifications for a loan the guy tried to tell me the best for a loan he could do is $80 bucks because he doesn’t know anything about the item and there’s no signed guitars with both of these coa’s listed on eBay. If you don’t know about the item look it up all of the paperwork I brought in had phone numbers, email adress etc. I am very disappointed. I understand business but to imply the item is worthless and the documentation is irrelevant simply because of what you see on eBay is stupid. In response to your reply No that is not true you made absolutely no attempts whatsoever to get me to loan amount. He flat out said take it or leave it $80 or I’m not interested. He made no attempts to help or discuss it with me or hear me out on anything that I said just played dumb. I appreciate the response but please don’t lie to try and cover yourself on google Spent quite some time with the item ? Try about 5 minutes! You never made any attempts to help just an $80 take it or leave it and no real explanation again please don’t lie to cover yourself on google

  We are sorry that you feel you had less than a good experience with us. However, because the documentation was not with one of the major certification companies, it was difficult for us to put the value in your item that you have, even after our research (which was more than Ebay). Our associates spent quite sometime with your item and speaking with you about it to try to get you to the loan amount that you needed; unfortunately, we could not get there this time.

  I brought in a fender telecaster, Mexican made, for a loan. Keep in mind it's in mint condition. They told me it wasn't worth anything lol.
