      I would not never go back to this bank after them treating me like I had stole or made the checks I was trying to cash. 0 stars for the 2 employees

      I have grown very disappointed in the management at this location. I will be canceling my account an pulling out all my money! It’s sad when I called Thursday to speak with manager Tim Heaton about a check I deposited into my account he was rude an made the situation worse. Personally with his attitude towards customer’s I wouldn’t be surprised if more people canceled there accounts. Thanks Tim!

      I’m new to the area. As soon as i walked in i was greeted. The Lead Teller, Brian, introduced himself and was very efficient. He had great rapport with me, and made me feel so welcomed. After my transaction he asked if there was anything thing else he could help me with. After i stated no, he welcomed me to the area, advised me to change my address and told me that he’s here to help whenever. I didn’t expect such phenomenal service. I expected a teller to do my transaction, nothing more, nothing less.

      This is a company and more so a location that no one sane should use. They are beyond unprofessional and beyond rude. The tellers can’t hardly speak proper english and I don’t mean by not knowing english. If you like to deposit and use your money on the same day your choosing the wrong bank, I have yet to be able to use my paycheck on the day that I deposit it and often it’s 3 or more days. I’ve waited 15 days too many times. If you have any issue they answer it with snarky smart a$$ responses to make them seem good and you the idiot. The customer service here and with this bank is appalling. They treat you like they want your money and your an idiot and a sheep that their herding towards slaughter. They don’t care for you as a customer. This company is corrupt and I regret putting my hopes of having a good bank with them. If I was able to give negative stars, they would have gotten the maximum negative available.

      What can I say I don’t have an account with Wells Fargo 🏦 but everytime I have to come in and change a bonus check from my company, Lead teller BRIAN LUNA always assist me with courtesy and enthusiasm which makes me wonder whether I want to stay with my Bank of America or chance over to Wells Fargo banking thank you so much for all the help everytime I come in for services is a pleasure working with you.

      They did NOT !! accept a deposit slip with cash for my wife account even though I explained I was the husband ,and my wife could not make it to Bank on this occasion ... Very strange Bank ??? ...
