Bill Tate1I have been a customer of Suntrust since the 70's when it was Sun Bank. I financed my first car through them in 1971. I am finished with a bank that no longer cares to serve its clients. In the past few years they have closed branches and increased the processing the tellers need to do for a simple transaction. Yet they have never increased the staff at the remaining banks to deal with the longer processing or more clients that now have to use the remaining banks. Most banks in Deland have reopened their lobbies to customers. Suntrust still is processing all business through the drive through. Again with no help for the tellers. I just waited 15 minutes in a line of multiple cars with no movement at all. This is the norm that I will no longer put up with. I have business accounts with two other banks in town and they are now going to have my personal and investment accounts. Over It!

Christopher Rae5I've been a member of this bank, in this location, since 1981. They have provided me with exceptional service. I never wait long. They have personalized financial advise and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Michele Hires2I’ve used this branch for years. But lately they have cut back to so few tellers it is very inconvenient. I feel for the tellers, they are courteous & helpful, there are just not enough of them to serve customers in a timely manner.

Coralee Oates1Today was my first experience with a personal banker (by phone) since the merge with BB&T and she, the personal banker, was very unprofessional. I wrote a check to a business owner with the last name Coats (my last name Oates) which they (Truist) rejected , for my safety, since there is no record of me writing a check for such a large amount (roof repair). The personal banker says to me, "well just call them up, and let them know the check is being returned; they will probably be notified by mail; just call 'em up, it's probably just a family member anyway". The nerve!!! No...it's not a family member, it's a small business owner,!!!! She apologized and said she thought it (Coats) read ________ Oates )and even if it were a family member why would you be so flippant about someone's check bouncing when there are sufficient funds to cover it? You know nothing about this person and their legitimate business, their obligations and responsiblities nor the domino effect this could have on refusing this check. Treat everyone with courtesy and respect as if it were YOUR FAMILY MEMBER!!

Darla Hackett1New to Florida. Open accounts, one account we never got the debt card for. Finally got after two trips to bank. Added my kids to another account December 28, still don’t have those cards either. Put a hold on my account for two weeks because I bought something for $150.00.

Lexi Forrest1Very very slow service, took 20 minutes for a withdrawal of $50.00 in drive thru this is a common issue for this location I would recommend going to the SunTrust in Orange City over this one you'll save time even with the extra time it takes to drive to Orange City

Suzanne Pike5This particular branch of SunTrust is much better than the other one in DeLand. The staff is so friendly, efficient and accommodating. I always go to this branch even if I am closer to the other one.
