michael tench1Fill staff inside but no one can answer the phone. And online it says temporarily closed. You guys are not good for business. It’s very sad. Also it’s very hard to cash a check let alone get a “cashiers” done by them. They take bout over 35 dollars from u as a fee. Lol. And it seems as if it keeps going up the more they continue with the process. These guys are no good for the community

Wam “Falcon” Hurff1No customer service what so ever. Since they have changed to this wanna be "teller assist". You have to wait in line for entirely too long while the tellers in the office sit on their phones and demand that you use the "teller assist"!! If you have a question or need them to help you with something, they act as if it is such an inconvenience and they make you feel stupid. Just rude. We have had an account with suntrust for over 3 years but we will be closing our account the following week due to this being an on going issue! This is ridiculous, I have always been under the impression that banks had the best customer service and then this happens. Not just once or twice. This has happened at multiple locations and visits. We DO NOT Recommend Suntrust anymore!

Cliff Mostiler2No concern for a customer's time. I would have given it one star, but they had one girl who actually was trying to work hard-ish. I, as well as several other customers, stood in line for half-an-hour yesterday (not exaggerating) because they had only one worker. They had others in the back "on break", and in the office on the computer. The line was infinite, because of having only one person working. All I needed to do was deposit a $32 check, and I finally gave up. Over half the line walked away before I did, because I tried to give the teller/bank the benefit of the doubt. Finally, after being next in line for 15 minutes, I gave up and left. There should never be only one teller ... and if you're in the office and there is a huge line forming, you need to get out and start helping. I will not go there again, if at all possible.

akaViewz1Mawdud Haque was very rude. I have never had a person that would blatantly speak to a customer with such disrespect. We came to close an account. He took the check's and tore them up. When asked if he shredded the checks he lied and said he did. When I expressed I did not hear a shredder he tried to tell me the logistics of how shredders work in large and small companies. As a controller with a master's degree in finance his disrespectful tone completely rubbed me the wrong way. When I expressed how he lied about shredding it he then told me a third party company comes to pick up the paper to be shredded. Then you didn't shred it was my response. He has no business working with people. If something so small can cause you to catch an attitude you need to find another profession. Everyone needs to go to the chase on Collins Hill Rd. I have been a customer of theirs for years and I have never repeat never had anyone be rude to me. In the branch or over the phone everyone is so nice. You can deposit through the atm until 8pm and it post the same day. You can transfer funds for free repeat for free to anyone no matter who they bank with. Go to Chase.

Troy Cushman1Should be label as an ATM ONLY. There were two people here working but they could not do banking transactions. Not sure why they were even there. The one lady was sitting there playing on her cell phone in her office. I peaked my head in her window several times but she never got that I needed help.

Andi Tench1This is the worst bank I’ve ever came across in my life. My parents were not lying about them. They also had a part in us loosing our house back then. Now I see what I would be dealing with. You guys should close down.

John Lehmberg1Suntrust cashed a check for my small business and would not return my money despite the fact that I reported it as soon as it was discovered. After no satisfaction on the phone, and ZERO correspondence or communication from Suntrust corporate, I went into this location for help. The manager seemed nice enough, but even he could not get corporate to assist in this. He told me he would follow up, promised me a call, and called back once... told me he would call back again, and haven't heard back. It's been weeks. This company is really a mess of crooks. They give my money away fraudulently-- when the check style wasn't even the same kind I've ever used. After 12 years of doing business with them, this is how they treat their customers. We've deposited literally more than a million dollars in that account over the years, and this is how they treat their customers. AVOID SUNTRUST AT ALL COSTS.

Localmusic Market1Christine foster did a poor as job. She gave us a very hard time when we were inside. She takes her time has no respect for her customers. Poor work ethic.

Jennifer Grier1This satellite branch is inside the Publix so it's not easily visible from the road. Can barely see the SunTrust sign next to the Publix sign on the building. Do not go there if you need a cashier's check. The machine was broken. Call them before you go or save yourself the headache & go down the street to Gwinett Medical Center SunTrust location.
