  I very rarely have a fast experience at any bank. They seem to never have enough tellers. Today we went to this branch to open a credit card account. The lady helping us was very helpful was a pleasure do deal with. We only had to wait 10 min to see her. However they had computer problems and what should have taken about 15 min took 2 hours. Not the fault of the staff who were very patient with working around the problem. This however backed things up and buy the time we were finished the wait was over a hour.

  Im not a bank of america customer but I once considered banking at Bank of America. My simple experience made sure i didn't ever want to be apart of this bank. I came to cash in a bank of america check of $4000. They said that this amount exceeded the limit to cash a check. I then asked what was the limit to cash a check for future checks i may have and their response was that they cant disclose that information. This tells me that Bank of America has insufficient funds for my money to cash at any given moment. And for this reason, i will go out of my way to warn people not to bank here.

  I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told I had to wait in another line to verify my check. There was a 1 hour wait in the other line. What the hell do you need to verify a $150 dollar check with your banks name on it for? Update I went to another BOA closer to my house and they cashed my check with no problem.

  Bank of America as a whole is literally the worst bank ever. If it wasn't such a hassle I would close my account and bank elsewhere. Just know I hate this bank and as soon as I can get a new account I will be closing this one

  I wish if there is less than 1 star...Worst bank ever, very bad customer service, I arrived at 4:02 and lady there denied to let me in and she rudely asked me to leave or will call the police! 9 kiosks, 1 cashier. 10 people in line. I always dread coming to this branch. It's truly awful. Close my account in today and will never ever do business with them

  This location is the absolute worst from staff to customer service every one in here does not care about to customers or Atleast how they are perceived by customers because they will give you attitude and act like they’re talking to they’re cousin, HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND talking to anyone here or coming unless you’re using they’re ATMS

  They don't let you deposit money into a family members account saying that they can't find the account when other branches will do it. They are extremely rude and insensitive to emergency situations. Then the lady told me to have a good day after I told her I was going to my cousins funeral

  The worst and slowest bank of America around.. they usually have 2-3 people just walking around asking if customers need help with things they come in to do every week!! They do not utilize their drive through only for their employees to park their vehicles!! The tellers are nice but they move very slow!!
